Returns Policy
All our jewels are made with the best quality as well as with the established carat according to the legal rules, but if after your purchase you are not satisfied with your item, you can return the product within three days after receiving the merchandise, whenever not present: signs of alterations, scratches, difference in weight or have clear signs of wear or abuse. Keep in mind that if it is a special or personalized item made to your measure or taste, it will have a charge of 20 percent of the amount. If your product is not a personalized or special product, the charge will be 10 percent, if the purchased item has any defect or imperfection you should contact our team to correct any anomaly at no additional cost, within 5 to 7 days the item will be returned with the required quality. For the refund, once the product received by us is verified, that it is in the state that is required according to our return policy, the refund will be processed in 7 to 10 business days.
